As the Demand Generation Manager, you will collaborate to execute account-based strategies and programs to win strategic new business. You will own the execution and results of these strategies as well as relevant metrics. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, deploy campaigns, and implement best practices.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on targeted demand.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account-based campaigns that drive business impact.
  • Strong understanding of how to build and launch specific, effective content that is mapped to personas and/or industries.
  • Experience working in partnership with sales and other cross-functional teams.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to plan and prioritize numerous projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to collaborate, and also work independently.
  • Familiarity with Demandbase and Salesforce is a plus

Here’s how you will make an impact:

  • Focus on developing the strategy to consistently develop, implement, and measure successful one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one campaigns
  • Work closely with sales and marketing partners to define account selection and fuel engagement in key accounts
  • Own the strategy to develop and execute a broad range of data-driven, multi-channel programs and campaigns intended to increase coverage, engagement, and pipeline
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on track and on time
  • Communicate upcoming campaign plans, enablement materials, and training sessions to help maximize campaign success
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Monitor and report on metrics to ensure business impact (i.e. account engagement, journey stage conversion, meetings scheduled, and influenced/sourced pipeline
