SalesRabbit is looking for a Product Designer to join our team! You'll partner closely with our product design lead, product management, engineering, customer success, and sales to find and solve the most impactful customer problems. You will be responsible for working with PMs to align on what outcomes will be the most beneficial to our customers and driving projects that help achieve those outcomes from idea to launch. We're a growing and nimble team, so you will be expected to help lead a highly autonomous web and mobile app team, and help create, track, and investigate metrics that define the success of our products and future opportunities.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • A passion and drive for product design
  • A portfolio demonstrating product design abilities and knowledge of the space
  • Experience in designing apps for iOS, Android, and web
  • Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (i.e. figma)
  • Ability to conduct user research and use tools to help facilitate data gathering (i.e. sprig, UXCam, hotjar, firebase, google analytics)
  • Ability to measure and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback and share findings back with the team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Laser focus on delivering outcomes and moving metrics—not just designing features
  • Passionately devoted to users. You have a knack for listening deeply to customers, understanding their problems, and applying logical and elegant solutions to those problems
  • Ability to bring simplicity and focus to complex and ambiguous concepts or situations
  • Ability to understand technical constraints and can effectively balance quality and speed

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define the vision for SalesRabbit’s web and mobile apps
  • Conduct research and analysis to deeply understand our customers and their customers and surface the most critical problems to solve
  • Help define measurable outcomes and maintain focus on measuring the success of those outcomes throughout the building and shipping of the product roadmap
  • Work with product design, product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive customer adoption
  • Take ownership of your work and present your design decisions to stakeholders
  • Identify, define, and promote UX and UI best practices
