Marketing Automation Manager

We need someone who is seriously obsessed with curating thoughtful nurture campaigns with the right message for the right audience at the right time—from the ground up. To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • Experience sending mass emails to customers and prospects
  • Experience using Pardot or other Marketing Automation tools
  • Possess HTML and CSS email creation skills
  • Able to create lead-generation forms
  • Has created campaign attribution before via Salesforce or Google Analytics
  • Willing to learn new technologies and skills
  • Experience building and maintaining marketing automation workflows and defining and reporting on campaign performance
  • Experience creating marketing automation campaigns to mine the current Pardot database and to nurture leads generated from new sources
  • Eager to own email data management including segmentation, lead list management/upload, and lead qualification processes
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with lead flows in chat (Drift preferred), lead routing (ChiliPiper preferred), and Partner tracking (PartnerStack preferred).
  • Able to deliver regular campaign results reports, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Able to establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence to help sales prioritize activities
  • Able to work with Opps to ensure proper flow of MQLs to SQLs from Pardot to Salesforce.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of integrating with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, commercial privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR), and webinar platform management
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
