We are seeking a driven, energetic, and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Partner Success Manager in Lehi, Utah.

As a Partner Success Manager, you'll help expand our current footprint in industries like Solar, Roofing, Telecommunications, and Home Security - while also exploring opportunities in new and emerging verticals. You will own the relationships with our partner organizations, aiding our internal product, sales, and marketing teams in expansion via partner channels. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in developing next-generation technology by exploring and uncovering hidden synergies between technology platforms and ecosystems.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • Proven experience in partner or sales onboarding, enablement, and relationship management within a B2B, SaaS, or D2D environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • The ability to act as a trusted advisor and proactively identify and address partner needs and challenges.
  • Experience developing and executing training programs, onboarding plans, and partner success plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and analyze partner performance metrics, identify trends, and measure success.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to develop and deliver effective partner programs.
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to develop and execute joint strategies with the business development team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present effectively to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for building partnerships and driving mutual success.
  • A strong understanding of one or more of the industries we serve and the partner landscape.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding and Enablement:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new partners.
    • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective partner enablement programs.
  • Partner Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Proactively identify and address partner needs and challenges.
    • Develop and implement partner success plans to drive mutual growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner Performance Management:
    • Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute action plans to enhance performance.
    • Recognize and reward top-performing partners.
  • Partner Success and Revenue Optimization
    • Generate new leads through various channels.
    • Source new affiliates and influencers to increase SR brand awareness.
    • Attend industry events to expand SR brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Leverage BD relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the business development team to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
    • Drive alignment between partner and company objectives.
  • Sales Support:
    • Provide sales enablement and support to the sales team regarding partner solutions and programs.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and close joint sales opportunities.
